Over our many years in business, Advanced Concrete Lifting has helped a wide range of customers with their concrete repair needs. While we can work at smaller, residential job sites, we have extensive experience at large-scale commercial jobs like corporations, churches, doctor’s offices, and sports arenas. We can perform concrete lifting services on warehouse slabs, parking lots, sidewalks, and everything in between. Learn more about the two main ways we perform concrete lifting below.
There are two methods that we utilize to repair damaged concrete: caulking and poly jacking. Poly jacking is a lifting method that uses polyurethane foam to raise sunken concrete as well as fill voids that have formed and stabilize weak soil underneath the installation. This process is done quickly and simply with an injection gun that can insert the foam deep into the concrete, where it expands within seconds to perform its goal! All our poly jacking solutions come with a 2-year warranty.
The other method we use is silicone caulking. This repair method not only solves existing problems but protects your commercial concrete for the future. It prevents water infiltration and seals all the joints and cracks that are present. Due to its unique composition, it can stretch and shrink to adapt to the ever-changing weather of Colorado, ensuring a tight seal year-round. When you pair this service with the poly jacking service above, your 2-year warranty will get upgraded to a 4 year one!
